CAMP CHEF NAMES

Each ward needs to submit a name for a camp chef volunteer. Thank you to everyone who did. If you haven't yet please do so.

TENTS

You will be responsible for supplying tents for your own ward.

MEALS

The stake will be in charge of all means except for Tuesday's lunch and dinner. The meals will be simple compared to previous years but definitely yummy!

MESS KITS

Wards will be responsible for providing mess kits for each attendee including adults. We will set up cleaning stations again.

SECRET SISTERS

You are welcome to do secret sisters on a ward level if you choose to do so.

SIGN IN LIST

There will be a master list for all girls and leaders coming and going from camp - for safety reasons we need to be notified of all people coming and going at all times.

Arriving at camp

- Arrival for all wards between 12-1pm.

- Please remember you will be transporting your YCLs to camp this year

- Each ward will need to have your girls pack lunches for coming to camp on Tuesday, and each ward is also in charge of their own dinner on Tuesday night to allow stake cooks time to set up

- Parking in the parking lot - we will keep you posted on more loading and unloading procedures

PAPERWORK - DUE APRIL 1st

· Paperwork for all attending camp-leaders, YCLs, and campers will be due April 1st.

- It is okay if you have changes that come up! :) If girls are undecided, please have them sign up and then remove if necessary; it is easier to remove people than to add them last minute.

Camp fee: $50, also due April 1st

CAMP THEME

LOOK UNTO CHRIST will be the main theme for camp this year.

The focus of the theme will relate to stars/constellations and how Christ is the North Star for us to follow. As we come unto Him and become like Him we can all be bright stars and shine in His way.

CONSTELLATIONS

Each ward's group name is based on a constellation, and YCL's from each ward helped in choosing the constellation for each ward.
